The Uedemer Hochwald is a forest area worth seeing on the Lower Rhine and is located between Uedem and Xanten.

In total, the forest area from Hochwald & Tüschenwald is over 400 hectares. Within the high forest there is an approximately 5 hectare nature reserve, which is characterized by beech and oak trees.
In the Uedemer Hochwald and Tüschenwald there is also a signposted network of hiking and riding trails. And even part of the Lower Germanic Limes ran through the Uedemer Hochwald.
