The De-Witt-Lake is located in the Maas-Schwalm-Nette nature park near Nettetal and is a popular destination.
De-Witt-Lake (De Witt See) offers canoeing and sailing opportunities in the north (Großer De Witt See) and is a nature reserve in the south (Kleiner De Witt See). Furthermore, a path runs around the De-Witt-See, so that you can also hike here (orange-marked circular route of around 3.8 kilometers in length).
The 25 hectare lake is also home to water sports fans at De Witt See. Fishing is also allowed on the large and small De-Witt-See, Nettelauf left bank from De-Witt-See to Leuther Mühle, but you need a permit, for example in the De-Witt-See beach restaurant, Am Wittsee 25 is preserved.

The beach restaurant De Witt See is located directly on the banks of De Wittsee and offers lunch, dinner, coffee and cake. There is also a mini golf course and a camping site at De Witt See.
