Roman Museum was opened in 2008 on the area of the LVR Archaeological Park in the beautiful city of Xanten.
Built on the originally preserved foundation walls of a Roman thermal bath, the museum today shows an impressive and instructive exhibition about Roman life on the Lower Rhine. The museum presents historical finds and various display boards to its visitors on several levels. There is also a special participation offer for children.
