The Rottels House in Neuss is home to the Rhenish Rifle Museum, which provides information about shooting.
The history of the riflemen is clearly presented on the basis of numerous exhibits such as medals, uniforms and flags. Films and photos also bring the story to life. But what does alive mean, the rifle system has existed in the Rhineland for several centuries and is still firmly anchored in culture today. The largest rifle parade in Germany takes place in Neuss every year.
