Museum Castle Linn Krefeld

In Krefeld-Linn there is a medieval castle, which is part of the museum complex as well as a hunting lodge and an archaeological museum. The Burg Linn Museum is very interesting.

In the walls of the historic castle you will find numerous medieval objects, such as armor and weapons, as well as originally furnished rooms from the Middle Ages. In the hunting lodge, which is located right next to the Linner Burg, among other things a collection of historical musical instruments is shown. The Archaeological Museum, which was formerly called the Lower Rhine Landscape Museum, is located on Rheinbabenstrasse and provides information on the history of the Lower Rhine using original finds and representations. The focus of the exhibition is on Roman times.
