The Langen Foundation in Neuss shows modern art from the western world & Japanese art in an extraordinary building.
The “Paintings of the 20th Century” collection shows 300 works by famous artists, including works by Max Ernst, Salvador Dali, Piet Mondrian, Pablo Picasso and Paul Cézanne. The “Japan Collection” shows works of Japanese art from 12th to 19th Century. The collection also includes non-European art, including Buddhist sculptures, ancient Persian art and many other works of art.
