The Museum Hombroich Island is located on an artificial elevation, a so-called moth, and shows art from the 20th century.

The museum is unique because nature and art are presented in one unit on the 25 hectare area. There are 17 buildings in the splendid meadow landscape in which European works of art from the 20th century, as well as art from Asia and Africa, are exhibited. In the landscape, visitors will find old trees, flower beds and wet meadows as well as some sculptures.
