The Niederrheinweg is a long-distance hiking trail that consists of 7 individual stages.

The hiking trail was launched by the “Niederrheinische Berg & Wanderfreunde” and leads hikers past beautiful natural sites, but also cultural sights, as well as industrial monuments over a length of 125 kilometers. You can experience the Lower Rhine up close via hiking trails, forest paths, dikes and through idyllic forests as well as meadows and rivers. Under the motto, only those who discover the Lower Rhine on foot will notice even the smallest things along the way.
