The Windmill Bracht (Brachter Mühle) dates back to 1855, was badly damaged in a storm in 1925 and has been run by the “Supporting Association Heimatmuseum Brachter Mühle e. V. “renovated.

The association continues to work on the mill with the aim of showing old craftsmanship. Today there is a local museum in the mill built in 1855.

A permanent exhibition of the roof tile industry can already be seen in the cellar next to the entrance gate of the mill. Furthermore, there is an annual autumn fair in Bracht and a mill festival on Sunday.
