The Nordbrock tower windmill is located 10 kilometers from the Hamminkelner district of Dingden and is one of the Dutch mills that have a rotating hood.
The mill is fully functional and is used as a museum. The windmill is maintained and looked after by the Dingdener Heimatverein.
