Liedberg Castle is located in the district of the same name in Korschenbroich on the Lower Rhine and is now privately owned.

From the old mill tower (there is a fee to climb the tower) in Liedberg you have a beautiful view of the castle, which is at the eastern end of the Liedberg.

History: Parts of the castle such as the curtain wall probably date from the 14th century. In the 18th century, the castle, which was designed as a fortification, underwent extensive redesign. Today the castle is privately owned. The new lord of the castle had the castle extensively renovated.
Specials: The district of Liedberg with its mill tower and old half-timbered houses is very worth seeing.
